HOW TO JOIN

Clients of the Five Star benefit from the FORCE membership program through the thorough FORCE application process and the experience and professionalism the membership requires. These elements add to the quality and character of its agents. Aspects of these benefits include:

» Annual Background Checks
» Residential Real Estate License Verification
» Errors and Omissions (E&O) Insurance Verification
» Name Address Identifier (NAID) Verification
» Ethical Conduct Expectations
» Experienced Members
» Five Star Certification Programs

During the process of becoming a FORCE member, each agent must consent to a complete local, state, and federal criminal background check. Background checks are performed annually on all members. Dismissal of the membership results if felony charges are discovered. Monthly verifications of each agent’s compliance status include a review of their real estate license, E&O insurance and, if applicable, their NAID number. The Five Star requires that three professional references be provided by every panel agent to substantiate their REO and real estate business experience.
