Recently, one of our FORCE members gave iREO Pro / REO Pro Corp a “test run” to see what would happen. Below is her testimony:
Within 30 days, I came to the conclusion this was not working out as described so I asked for a refund.

“REOPROCORP aka IREOPRO. Here is an update for you. Six months ago, I agreed to be the test subject for this program. I paid my $400 and was excited do embark on the new adventure. Within 30 days, I came to the conclusion this was not working out as described so I asked for a refund I was so kindly reminded of their “Money Back Guarantee Policy.” I was to request a cancellation within 72 hours.
I spent the next 6 months playing along. I completed the few bpo’s on the “pre-property assignments”. I made myself available when they contacted me with property assignments – which was never. At the end of the 6 month period, after a few heated phone calls, (yes, they do answer the phone) and several not so nice emails, I received my refund check in the mail.
Now, the next question that comes to mind – Is it going to bounce? That is my “success” story. Are they legit or a scam? I will leave it up to you to decide.”

iREO Pro just called me and gave me 2 BPOs to do if I would sign-up and said the same routine. Fortunately, I told them I would need to discuss with my broker and would call them back. Found this information on line and don’t think I will both calling. Just going to email and send them this information and say “No Thanks”. Thank you for posting this information.
I just recently did two BPO’s for iREOPRO, I paid my 400.00 dollars and you are right I haven’t heard from them. So now what do I do? I turned in my files to them last Friday .I spent quite a bit of time on them due to the terrible areas the homes are located. If their a scam I certainly don’t want to waste anymore time on finishing my profile info ect? Any ideas for me?

I also paid my $400 about the same time you did, got the 2 properties which were an hour away from me. I did the BPOs turned them in and have not heard anything from them since. I did make one phone call to them and they said as soon as the properties were foreclosed on I would get the listing. One has a completed short sale, which I was not the listing agent and the other is still in limbo. I believe the contract says after a year if we have not had a listing and made back the $400, they will refund it; but, I doubt it.
REO PRO ,same game new name for 2015. Just got a call from REO PRO or whatever the heck they call themselves this year. Same scripts the telemarketers are reading from as last year and same nonsense scam they promote with advance fee supposedly to conduct business with them. I listened for a minute to see what load of BS would come out of the caller but it was the exact same nonsense as last year. When I asked her if this was REO PRO it shocked the caller and she got rattled. I told her “Shame on you for being a part of this scam” which she thanked me for my time and hung up on me. Every Board Association in the country should alert their members to this scam as apparently our government and law agencies can’t seem to stop these types of people for this sort of thing. 100% bogus.

Wow, thanks for posting this Tim. We have spoken a few times and I know you do lots of REOs. I received a call this morning from them and the way that the so called “asset manager” spoke raised a red flag so I googled review and I came across your post. Thanks for saving me time and money.
Just got a call from Deborah at iREOPRO. She got my name from “one of the banks that, I guess you’ve done work for them or on your own, I’m not sure, but one of our banks gave us your name. Uhm, your name was in our database”. ME: “No, I haven’t, so where else could you have gotten my number as you Just Asked Me My Name, so you don’t know my name or my company’s name . . . and is there a fee to receive these listings? Uhm, it is $400, but that’s just for the platform, and it is refunded after the first closing. ME: “Why can’t you just take it out of the first commission?”. DEBORAH: “Uhm, no, that’s not how we do it, but you will get it back . . . yada yada, blah blah”. Not articulate enough to convince me that she’s a professional in any field, but definitely not enough to convince me to give her my credit card number. Poor girl, trying to feed her family and accepted a job that she knows nothing about. Being used to scam people, I hope she gets paid well.
They are back in business. Two agents were contacted yesterday. BEWARE
New name IREOPRO, same SCAM in 2015. I should googled the name before getting hook! Stupid me! They have very smooth talk and ask a fairly good questions about real estate market in your area. If you see too good to be true, easy money…DO NOT get hook!!! Check on the Internet by GOOGLE it!!!! A Totaly SCAM, SCAM….100% fake!!!

I signed up for IREO prop and paid my $400. I asked for my refund and never received it. I never was offered even one listing. I have tried to phone them numerous times, they only have a machine that doesnt take messages, and dont reply to any emails. Im about to contact the District Attorney for their area, as they should not be able to conduct a fradulent business.
iReopro manager John Harrison called me on February 18, 2015 and stated that they had two listings in my area that they wanted me to list for them but I had to make a deposit of $400.00 that would be returned to me at closing, i was so exited that didn’t think twice about the moeny and paid the deposit, here I’m over five months later they won’t respond to my emails or pick up when I call.
they are a scam so don’t fall for their BS if you get a call from them.
I also experience the same thing.
I sent my money in June 2014, did three free BPO’s, no listings.
I sent them a letter in January 201 requesting a cancellation and refund. No response.
I then talked ot Donny, as David Coleman was no longer there.
He said I must have gotten lost in the system since Coleman had left and guaranteed listings.
Still nothing.
I have been trying to call the numbers for months and get a really fast busy signal.
I haven’t had time to deal with it until now.
I plan to report them to BBB and see if they can do anything on it.
