With the reduction in available REO assignments, agents must diversify their service lines to include retail real estate, property management, and valuations. However, agents need to remain plugged into the REO space with networking, education, and training. Learn the importance of diversifying your business and how to convert leads to listings.

Learn when and what is the criteria for disposition strategy implementation–traditional/retail, donation, bulk, auction, or investment and how you can gain business through alternative disposition. Discuss the SFR market, how to better work with auction companies and investors, renovation, notes, changing your REO strategy, and how probate sales can grow your business.
