Hard at Work for You

Since February, we have placed thousands of productive assignments with partnering firms across the country through our Work Assignment Program. The FORCE is in partnership with various organizations in need of residential REO services and acts as a conduit of communication between these institutions and our agent/broker network.

Our referral partners rely on the FORCE’s extensive vetting process to connect with qualified agents who meet their requirements. Assignments can involve providing the following services: REO listings, short sales, valuations, deeds in lieu, and market analysis. Agents are chosen for referrals based on many parameters, including proximity to the assignment, and it’s all about finding a good fit for both parties.

FORCE Plus members have gone through an extra layer of vetting to serve our clients’ needs and get top priority for assignment referrals. These performance statistics help demonstrate why they are often a client’s first choice:

  • 70 percent maintain an average of 60 or fewer days on market
  • 80 percent list properties within 5 days of receiving an assignment
  • 90 percent close on financed home sales in 60 days or less

Michael Kusenko, Broker/President at ERA Meridian Real Estate Group, says the clients in the program are pleasant and responsive. “New models are introduced and can create more inventory for us at times and reduce our inventory at other times, and the Work Assignment Program is another way to supplement our [REO] inventory,” he said.

New assignments are posted to FiveStarFORCE.com, and alerts are also sent to members via text and email. Members should check the website regularly to see which zip codes have open assignments.
