Please read this before you consider paying REO Pro Corp any money up front.

This company has gone by many names over the past couple of years (Banker REO, REO Footprints) and their message has always been the same.

“We currently have received an assignment in the coverage area of [your zip code]. The status of this property is under pre-foreclosure and we expect to receive back as a listing. We have an opportunity to turn this into a short sale, so I am looking for agents who can help in both the Short Sale or the REO. If this sounds like you, please let me know and I will have an asset manager return your call. Please indicate a good time to call you.”

This company operates by finding online databases of REO Real Estate agents and contacting each agent one by one. We have reason to believe that they are now using agents from REORedbook.com.

Please take caution when approaching them. Their message can be very deceptive but we have done the research and assure you that the information they have been giving agents is inaccurate.

DO NOT GIVE ANY CREDIT CARD OR PERSONAL INFORMATION TO THIS COMPANY

Quick Rule of Thumb:
Legitimate REO companies look for quality agents that are experienced and knowledgeable. Any company that asks for money up front, is usually a scam.
